Proudly owned by the same family since preconstruction with unique xtras. Our lovely condo is situated in the heart of Playa Tamarindo i(Sunrise Condominios) with 24/7 security teams, private car parking spaces, new big storage/closets. Impecable, big TV screens in each room and living room. Private large covered terrace with direct access to the pool area and gardens.
Beautiful and modern kitchen with granite counters and all utensils needed , new barbecue in the private balcony .. As a healhy and convenient addition and to avoid excessive plastic bottles near the ocean, we provide filtered drinking water. All appliances recently updated with a big well maintained central airconditiing designed for bigger condominios which keeps the condo fresh and as as cold as desired at all times. Please check the most updated including the newer additions to our photos. Impecable clean with beautiful plants and great atmosphere.

We've stayed at Sunrise every time we visit Tamarindo and have never been disappointed. This time was no different. Everything was clean and comfortable, staff is always helpful if we needed anything. Can't beat the location.

Tamarindo holiday

We loved Tamarindo, and the VRBO. Marjorie was always very prompt to return messages. The property is just beautiful. We had a stairwell that led from our private outdoor patio right down to the pool. We loved the location, as we could walk from our room to the beach in only a minute, and there were several surf board rental shops right between us and the beach. It was very hot when we were there, but the air conditioning kept the indoor temperatures exactly where we wanted. Tamarindo is a really fun place to visit, and when I go back there, I will definitely try to rent this same unit.

Perfect location

Great stay! Very accessible location, gated parking. Across street from beach. Plenty of room. Very nice pool, we enjoyed most nights. Far enough inside complex from street venues that isn’t too noisy. Definitely recommend.

Great condo in a prime location

Marjorie's place was clean, comfortable, and private. We had all kitchen supplies we needed and more. Towels, soap and cleaning supplies were available. Wi-fi, hot water, AC. In short, we felt like home but with a better view. The layout is great with enough room for everyone to have their own space. The pool area is beautiful with waterfalls. The condo is in a great location with a very short walk to a small grocery store and many great restaurants and bars nearby. Across the street from Tamarindo beach and many other beautiful beaches within 30 min. Everything was just as described.. if not better. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful condo across from the beach

Marjorie’s condo is even better than the photos. The 2 bedroom 2 bath was spotlessly clean, spacious and had all the luxuries of home. It could not be in a better location right across the street from the beach and walking distance to everything in Tamarindo. It is tucked away off the main road, is very secure and the waterfall pool is amazing! Marjorie responded immediately to any requests and was extremely helpful. We will always stay here when we come back (which will hopefully be soon because 7 days was not enough!) I highly recommend this unit.

This beautiful property is located in the heart of Tamarindo. It is only steps away from the beach, shops and restaurants. It was stylish, very well equipped and clean. The pool was very nice. Also, a safe and secure building. I would not hesitate to book this condo again on my next stay in Tamarindo!
