Our team is onsite and consists of maintenance, reservations, concierge and sales.

Here at Villa Lucia our aim is to give you the luxurious hotel feel in a private home setting.
We provide daily breakfast and housekeeping services Monday through Saturday. This service is included with your rental. We can work into a schedule that fits your groups needs.
Additional housekeeping or breakfast preparation help hours can be pre-arranged.

The property has a duplex owners villa attached with a private and separate entry.
Our owners use the apartment occasionally and will not in any way be in our guests way. Your privacy will be respected in every way.

BEACH CLUB
With an infinity-edge pool that looks over the crashing waves of Little Hawaii, The beach club is a must for any of our guests. With an open air restaurant, poolside sunbeds, tiki bar, gymnasium, soccer and volleyball courts The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club has something for everyone. The beach club entry fee is $35 per person (10+ years)
*Beach Club has an annual closing in October for maintenance and upgrades.

Created by Mike Young, This par 72 course, which can play up to 7,200 yards, was designed to enhance the natural landscape of Hacienda Pinilla, weaving through the tropical forest along the shores of the Pacific to provide an unparalleled blue water backdrop.

HORSE STABLES
Sixteen kilometers of scenic trails that wind through the dry forest and out to the white sands of Playa Langosta this is a uniquely Costa Rican experience right here in Hacienda Pinilla. Guided horseback tours are available at any time, the tours can be customized to fit your group from 30 mins to 2 hrs the ride takes you through the forest and the along the secluded beaches and river mouths all here within the ranch.

MOUNTAIN BIKE TRAILS
The pro trails are 30 kms running all throughout the ranch
The amateur trails are 15 kms
These trails are also great for hiking and exploring the 4500 acres.

SURFING
Hacienda Pinilla has to be one of the best locations in Costa Rica to base your surf trip. With 6 waves just on Playa Avellanas and private access to the beach breaks of playa Langosta you don't even need to leave the ranch, but if you looking to explore the area, the famous Playa Negra reef breaks are just 10 minutes south and the the river mouth and beach breaks of Tamarindo just 10 minutes to the north.



Rates are based on up to 10 guests. An additional fee applies per guest after the 10th person, up to the maximum occupancy of the property. Please make sure to include the total number of guests in your booking to receive an accurate quote.

Villa Lucia is a spacious and luxurious residence with four bedrooms, each offering a private bathroom for maximum comfort and convenience. The layout is designed with two bedrooms on the lower level and two on the upper level, providing a well-distributed and balanced living space.

This room is designed with the convenience of two queen-sized beds, allowing for flexible sleeping arrangements. Large private bathroom space.

Bedroom 3 (Downstairs):

This bedroom boasts a regal ambiance with a king-sized bed, ensuring a comfortable and elegant stay.
The attached bathroom is designed to complement the grandeur of the room, offering a premium experience.
Bedroom 4 (Downstairs):

This room is thoughtfully furnished with two queen-sized beds, providing ample sleeping space.
The decor is victorian-ranch and stylish, creating a welcoming environment for guests.

Throughout the home, you can expect well-coordinated furnishings and decor, creating a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. The division of bedrooms between the two levels allows for both privacy and communal living, catering to various preferences and needs.

Downstair you will find the living - dining area as you enter the house as well as the kitchen to your left.
Upstairs there is another living room area with access to the balcony in between to 2 bedrooms.
