Disliked: Cleanliness
The property was unsafe, unsanitary, and not as advertised.•I was promised keypad entry, but it was never fixed. I was forced to use keys the entire stay, and the door could not be properly opened or secured.•The AC could not cool the unit.•The shower heat failed repeatedly and had to be reset multiple times.•Roaches were found in the unit (photo evidence available).•Stray animals and dumpster divers were on the property, creating unsafe conditions.I called and messaged the host multiple times without response. Even something as simple as batteries for the TV remote took several days to resolve. On the final day, when I again asked for help, the owner instead texted me demanding additional payment via CashApp to remain on-site — a direct violation of VRBO policy.This property was uninhabitable, the owner acted inappropriately, and my experience was unsafe. I am requesting a full refund.

Good place, shady area

Clean very nice looking. Good fixtures and passable furniture. Great communication with owner. Immediate area concerned me but it seems to be actively being improved so maybe will be better down the line
