Very nice house! It was perfect for my group of college students. Clean when we got there, lots of spices to cook with, great little amenities that really added to the experience. ONE THING... the neighborhood is pretty rough. We only had one encounter that ended fine after sacrificing a beverage to them but we did not spend any time outside really. Neighbor across the street is very kind though and offered us extra parking as well as some nice conversations.

In town long term for FEMA

We wanted to have a thanksgiving not in a hotel where we could have family come we were in town a total of 47 days 14 spent here. Place is great on inside as far as esthetics neighborhood leaves some to be desired. We didn’t feel safe having our daughter there alone and she’s 19. As far as the inside looks amazing but not all items worked. Oven didn’t work burnt all things we tried to cook and the dishwasher we couldn’t push the buttons to make it go either. Installed improperly. The listing read garage parking and we were told from owner only. 4 bedrooms and 1 parking space is Linda a big no. Again inside the bells and whistle are fine but not super all working.

Amazing home

I recommend this property to everyone that wants to have a great time in Tampa. It’s close to everything. The home was really clean, the owner was easy to work with, and there were a lot of items in the home that benefited our stay since we left a few items. I’ll be booking to stay here next year!

Just like the pictures!

My guest and I enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was really nice, clean and we loved how everything with labeled. We never had to drive more than 20 minutes to get to where we needed to go. The only downside is just the area of where the house is located but no one gave us any trouble though. Communicating with Mike was very easy and he responded quick!
