This listing includes four recently remodeled apartments in a single quadriplex. Each apartment features an open floor plan with a combined living and kitchen area, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. The living room sofas convert into futons, providing additional sleeping space in each unit for one additional guest. With ample seating in each apartment, it’s perfect for entertaining, relaxing, and spending quality time together.

Conveniently located, our apartments are just 4 minutes from Armature Works and the Riverwalk, 16 minutes from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, 20 minutes from Busch Gardens, 28 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg, 43 minutes from St. Pete Beach, and 55 minutes from Clearwater Beach. The area offers numerous parks for biking, beaches, walking trails, playgrounds, and sports courts.

Inside each apartment, you'll find a 75" Smart TV in the living room equipped with Netflix, Hulu, and all your favorite apps. Just log in to your accounts to enjoy your favorite movies and shows.

Each of the eight bedrooms across the four units features double-sized beds and dresser storage. There are four full bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower.

The kitchens are fully equipped with high-quality dishes, bowls, cups, glasses, cookware, utensils, and more. Enjoy your morning coffee your way with the combination Keurig or brew pot coffee maker in each apartment.
