This home is located in a quiet neighborhood in South Tampa close to everything.
-- No smoking inside the house at any point.

-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (8 Max).

-- No more than 4 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway / on street.

-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose.

-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.

-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock all doors before you leave the home.

Girls bachelorette trip

Our stay was great! The location was OK, but the house was perfect. Overall, very clean house, super comfy beds and awesome amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful backyard

The inside of the house was beautiful. Little smaller than how the pictures showed, but still more than enough room for the 8 people that stayed there. The backyard was absolutely lovely. The pool was amazing, they even already have little floats for you to lay on in the water. My only issue would be some instructions on how to work the grill and firepit. We had minor issues with getting those to work, though they did have extra propane takes on hand in case they go empty. All in all, great experience.
