The condo was everything we needed for our stay in Florida. It was our home base while we golfed and checked out beaches and other cities . We have a couple of minor suggestions but a nice clean place to stay .

Dog Friendly Condo in Nice Quiet Neighborhood.

Property was clean, decorated nicely, and ready when we arrived. Condo is in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to shopping and many nice restaurants including dog friendly ones. Owner was available for questions but was not intrusive. Would stay here again.

Terribly disappointing

We arrived at the property rather later around 10pm on a Friday and had booked at checkout for Sunday. Upon arrival the home looked okay, stains on the carpets were less than inviting, but it was late and I didn’t want to make to fuss. My husband, myself, and my sister all went to bed. The bed in both rooms has some type of cover over it that makes a swishing sound every time you move. It was a very sleepless night. The following morning my husband picked up the guest book and a roach dashed out from under it. A few moments later we noticed another inside our shower. Upon further inspection of the home, there were roach traps everywhere. As well as a thin layer of dirt and mold on the vents and doorways. As I sat down to call VRBO I noticed small roaches on the place settings. The manager of this property only agreed to refund us one nights stay knowing full well the place is a safety hazard and is utterly disgusting. I will be fighting the charges and will never stay with VRBO again.

Check in process was a breeze. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Apartment was near a lot of stores and theme parks. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely would recommend. Thank you for having us.
