Everything! Host , amenities, your assistance in this matter . I literally spent my 4 day vacation/ wedding weekend dealing with a bad rental situation and received no help from Vbro and no help from the host. I was a prisoner in an inadequate situation. Lied to over and over again the the problem would be resolved . I want this listing removed
