Great place to stay for events

This place was great, and perfect for staying at while my friends and partner and I were all going to a concert nearby. It is comfortable and clean, and the location isn’t bad if you would like to go to the Tampa Bay stadium as it’s just a walk away from the house, but the stadium could get loud at night and be bothersome to sleep at night.There were some minor inconveniences like the front left stove burner was not working, the lighting of the kitchen and dining area was dim even with the light fully turned on, and the fan in one of the bedrooms is loud but a nice droning sound when falling asleep.Otherwise, the place does have a nice relaxing charm to it, and Duane was a fantastic host for letting us stay here. Check in and check out was easy. Thank you Duane for letting us stay at your wonderful place! :)

A nice place to stay if you're going to a game or concert at the stadium.

The place is nice, clean, and within walking distance to the stadium. The master bedroom's bathroom does not have a door for privacy but there is an additional bathroom. There's also a nice seating area in the back yard.

Wonderful House

The house was just as described. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, clean, lots of towels, internet was very good as I had to work one day. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here while in Tampa. Duane was wonderful.

Cute property!

This property is a nice house, very spacious for our group of 5. The house was extremely clean and well organized. I didn’t receive the code ahead of time so I had to contact the owner for instructions to get in. We had to use the lockbox because the internet was out locally. But the device never worked after the internet was restored. Just being nit-picky: the master bedroom doesn’t have a cooling fan and got rather hot in that room during the night. There’s not a door to the master bathroom so if your sharing rooms with friends that made it hard. The water pressure in the showers is very low. The coffee pot didn’t work. Overall this property was very clean and had extra commodities that I haven’t had in a short term rental before. The owner was very responsive to questions during the check in process despite not receiving the code ahead of time.

Great location if you’re traveling to airport or cruise port!!! We stayed a night just before we went to cruise port and it was perfect! Love the decor! The air fresheners were great but a little strong and overbearing. Otherwise amazing, we would definitely stay again!!!

Just Right

This property met our needs while in Tampa. Close to a relative we were visiting and easy to find our way to restaurants and other places of interest. Very clean, owner attentive through email, kitchen well equipped for the cooking we did. No fault of the owner but neighbors had a big party the first night we were there, kicking things off at 3 a.m.! All in all a great stay in beautiful Tampa.
