Excellent location for 3 retired Navy buddies attending a week of Spring training baseball games. House was very clean when we got there. Quiet neighborhood close to the main road west of downtown Tampa. Easy to get to the ballparks, Tampa Bay Downs racetrack and the airport.

Turning 2 in Tampa!

We came down to Tampa to celebrate our miracle baby's second birthday! The location of this property was a perfect central location. He walks with a walker and the open floor plan was great for him to be able to use his walker and/or scoot around. Our family could not get over how beautiful the scenery was and how safe we felt in the neighborhood. Thank you Tampa for the beautiful memories, we will be back and staying in the same home in the future!

This is such a beautiful and peaceful spot, sitting right on the water! The pictures honestly don't do it justice. We truly enjoyed staying at this property so much. It's in great condition and it was immaculately clean when we arrived. The rooms are spacious and everything was just so comfortable. Hoa was an incredible host, communicating with us to make sure we had what we needed during the stay. If you're looking for a "home away from home" oasis, I encourage you to book this spot. Super grateful we got to stay!

Minimal

This place was very clean. However, it was rather minimal in furnishings. The folding chairs were not necessary. Since the house is for sale, staging it would attract more interest.
