The hotel is nice, very clean, good linens comfortable bed. Check in desk clerk was friendly.
We paid extra for what was noted as a full breakfast but were charged $4.00 for a coffee. When I asked the waitress she advised that you could only get juice or coffee not both, I thought this didn’t make sense but paid for the coffee as I was not going to make an issue for $4.00 in my experience a full breakfast includes coffee and juice.
The toilet in our room didn’t flush when we called front desk for someone to bring a plunger I was told that there was no one on duty but I could come down to get the plunger, I had to go to front desk and get it We tried to unclog the toilet to no avail luckily we noticed before anyone had to use the toilet to defecate. We called the front desk again and were provided a different room but had to wait in the dark until my husband went down with our current room keys to get the new room key as he was told that he had to bring back the key before getting the new key. (This was at 11:30 pm) there should have been someone on duty to deal with this.
