Disappointment

Notification only a few hours prior to check in that the pool pump was not functioning. This left us no time to find an alternative and without a pool for the week. We selected this property because it had a pool. Owner did deduct one nights cost, which was considerate... The place is not kept. Pool hasn't worked for sometime and they have trees growing out of lani screen roof. Backyard also disheveled with tarps and debris. House smelled musty and damp.Sorry but you asked..
