Dangerous unsafe

We drove up, neighbor said his brother tried to kill him twice last week. Brother keeps breaking restraint order. The neighborhood is sketchy very run down. The house outside was not as expected. Back yard very tiny and not mowed. Neighbor has cameras and motion alarms.
