The hotel was not what I expected upon arrival there was no shower curtain. My daughter used the toilet and it instantly backed up there was also no smoke detector in my room. Therefore I was very unhappy and I chose to find me and my family somewhere else to stay for the weekend.
The tissue holder was coming off the wall.
The toilet was backed up and wouldn’t flush.
There was no shower curtain.
There was only one lamp in the room with only one bulb in it.

We picked this hotel due to the proximity of the George Steinbrenner field. It was within a 10 minute walking distance. Super convenient. The room was clean. The lobby was super clean and inviting The pool on the other hand was pretty dirty. There was a lot of hair floating around and lots of leaves and dirt. The hot tub was the same way. Other than that it was a great stay. The breakfast was good too.

Upon arrival our family was welcomed by staff , once we got our room key and went to our room ,we opened the door & was immediately hit in the face by a smell of mold & wet dog . We went back down to the front desk and asked for a new room . Only to find the new room smelling even WORSE ,no refrigerator and a broken A/C unit ! So we got placed back into the original room . One of the reasons we booked at this hotel was for the hot tub /spa . IT DOES NOT WORK . We asked 2x for maintenance to take a look at it . It did not work the entire time . We went outside for a stroll around the pond and as we came back up to our room the keycards (both of them ) would not unlock our door . We had to go back down to the front desk and ask for new ones . Overall the staff is very helpful and friendly at the front desk but this property has a weird musky smell in the rooms and of your looking for a spa /hot tub you will be disappointed here .

I honestly did not like my stay here at all. First, when we arrived, the lobby smelled horrible. I'm Not sure if it was cigarettes ( even tho they claim they are a smoke-free hotel), but it smelled awful. The room was okay for what we paid, and I can't complain, but it would be nice if the cleaning staff could keep up with the rooms and have them cleaned properly. Now, regarding the check out, I am very disappointed with the service. I had called a day before my arrival and asked about late checkout and they told me 1 is the latest with no fees and today when i called in for late check out they told me by 12, and i go to the front to ask the staff in the front desk and he proceeded to tell me his “ manager “ is strict and that unfortunately its to 12, and im very upset at how they told me 1 and someone else changes it to 12

Someone's hair all over the carpet and the whole room. Asked to pay for late check-out at check-in time, told I can stay till 1PM for free and next day they're knocking on my door at 10:45 to get out...

Hotel was great. Walking distance to the stadium. Room was good size. Elevators were very slow. Adjusting the temp in the shower was tricky. No major problems. Would stay there again.
