Cockroaches in room

Much older building with cockroaches in the room. Check-in service was good. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am telling us we needed to check out today. Breakfast was ok, very small room, so it was a tight squeeze to get around.

I checked out after one night due to the condition of the hotel. The phone in the room didn’t even work! I am in the process of trying to get a refund for the second nights room charge. If you do not refund, I will dispute with my credit card company to get it done. It was a very disappointing hotel. I have stayed at many Country Inns and Suites hotels in the past and this one was a dump.

I was extremely disappointed to learn that when we found my daughter’s little dog after she had been in an accident nearby and had to spend time in the hospital, that we couldn’t stay in your hotel with the dog. And your desk employees informed us we would have to pay an additional day because we returned to the hotel after lunch expecting to stay there with the little dog.. Terrible treatment!!!

The room was dirty and dark. It smelled like mold, the mattresses were old, dented and uneven, the bathroom was dirty. I couldn't sleep there. The pool was out of service. Honestly, this makes me distrust Expedia.

Disgusting bathroom and stinky room.

My room had a foul smell. I asked for a different room and they said that was the only option. I had to sleep with my son in a stinking room, with disgusting bathroom. I reserved 2 nights but asked for cancellation of the second night. I expect a refund for the first night. Pictures attached

Front desk reception was exceptional. The hotel is old and not maintained. Sofa bed sheets hadn’t been changed and there were major cookie crumbs between the mattress and unchanged sheets. Tv didn’t work with the remote and the front desk didn’t have anyone to replace it. Overpriced.

A night disturbed

Very loud party during my stay. Kids running up and down the hallway, pulling my door handle repeatedly. Clean room the hotel is older but nice. Early Sunday morning more of the same as far as noise left way before checkout. Didn't sleep well
