The hotel was sketchy. The reception area was closed in with a safety window, the clerks were “investigating” something on the security camera when I arrived and had me wait. There was a visible wall of televisions for surveillance. I felt like I was waking into a very unsafe situation. When we got to the room, the room was dark and dingy(sink plug was broken, dirty tub, dirty floors- my socks were so black I threw them away-towels were rolled and left on the counter, minimal furniture and lighting, the bathroom door didn’t stay closed whether locked or not, room door was not secure), loud rambunctious activity occurred late into the night then someone banged on our door around 3a. I was nervous to lay my head down and sleep. Amenities with not available. We were told breakfast would be coffee, granola bars and fruit. We left before it was served.

Staff were nice. Room was clean, no odor and no bugs. Bed was comfortable. I believe I had a newly renovated room about 4 fours down from the front desk. Close to the airport and casino. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy though.

Arrogant GUY checked us in. Not helpful at all. In room, two remotes for tv but neither worked. Tried to call front desk but realized there was no phone. Was given a third remote but still didn’t work. Given a fourth remote and the GUY wanted it back when we went to sleep. ARE TOU KIDDING ME?! Next morning we go to get breakfast in the lobby. Granola bars, oranges, bananas, juice and coffee was breakfast. A different GUY behind the counter said they’ve told all the sites about not having breakfast but they still post it. Would not recommend this place at all!!!

The gentleman at the front desk did not seem to enjoy his job. He was not welcoming or engaging. He was just simply doing as little as it took to get the job done. When we got to our room, it seemed relatively clean other than the bathroom. There was a lot of stuff that had dripped on the faucet in the tub, which made me think it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. The fixture for the sink faucet was very loose, which should be an easy fix. And the room was a very loud. We could hear through the walls like they were paper thin.

Room was gross and not very clean, Floors felt dirty and was the sink was stained, the shower hardly worked and there was blood on the ceiling. How it got there in the bathroom I dont know. They didnt clean our room the second day. It is in a bad part of town, Everything about this place was dirty, Coffee machine downstairs was broken, no free breakfast and I dont know if I would have ate it if they served it anyways. Spend 20 or 50 more night and save yourself. Dont stay here and I usually dont complain but this place sucked.
