It started at check in. I was told I had to leave a $100 retainer in case I damaged the room…NEVER have I had to do that before . The lobby appeared to be a hangout for questionable individuals. The hotel was old and not clean. The paint in the rooms looked like it was done by a 2 year old ,and then there was the pubic hairs in then tub! I could also here everything that was said in the next room.

I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at your hotel, which was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Upon checking into my room, I discovered that it was filthy and unsanitary. There were cockroaches present, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor not only inside the room but throughout the entire hallway. These conditions made the room uninhabitable. When I reported these issues, the customer service response was poor and lacked urgency or professionalism. Due to the unsafe and unsanitary conditions, I had no choice but to leave the hotel immediately and rebook another hotel at my own expense. This experience fell far below acceptable hospitality standards. I am requesting that this issue be reviewed seriously and that I be compensated accordingly for the inconvenience, additional expenses, and poor service I received.

The roo? Was clean with new furniture but the hotel is needs renovation; the paint is flaking, the bathroom floor tiles were extremely broken and loose. The door lock didn't work but I accepted the room without a key. I was staying only 1 night and had no intention to leave the room for any reason.

The hallway smell really bad. Like someone been smoking weed. The bed was uncomfortable and makes alot of noise when we turn while sleeping. I don’t recommend it til something changes.

Dirty, mold in the bathroom, the beds are so noisy it will wakeup an average sleeper, you feel people snoring from the other room, staff yelling to each other during room cleaning in the morning was not supposed to happen, is a hotel, guests are supposed to rest and relax. It was convenient because was close to a family we where visiting for.New years eve, but I rather stay somewhere else next time. This is a hotel for 1 night only, too expensive for what it offers
