It has 3 beds...

The exterior is a little sketchy. Once inside everything was fine. Has absolute necessities but that's about it. If you want an ice maker, sheets, pillow cases and more than a mini fridge, this is not the property for you. If you need 3 beds and won't be at the home for anything other sleeping, its fine.The bathroom is nice, good shower.

Nice location

We were quite comfortable at this home. It is actually like a mother in law suite built into the side of the main house. The main house is not occupied from what we could tell. To enter the rental you walk around to the far side of the front yard and enter from the side door. It would be great with a sitting area outside of the rental. Lots of pretty trees.

Amazing stay

The hosts were amazing with us during our stay even through a hurricane. Amazing neighborhood with everything you could want near by. The place was very comfortable and clean. The yard was lovely and big , our dog and children loved running around freely !
