This family and pet friendly 3 bed 2 bath house with a kitchen is centrally-located to a metropolitan of restaurants, shops, and fast Wi-Fi.

Minutes away from Theme parks life Bush Gardens and Adventure Island, University of South Florida USF, the Veteran's hospital, beaches and yes....Ybor city.

Guests found it comfortable and most importantly, ultra-clean, for post-cancer recovery after receiving care at the Moffitt Cancer Center.

LIVING ROOM /DINING/KITCHEN/BACKYARD:

Upon entering, you will find vinyl plank flooring flowing throughout the house and freshly painted walls.

The living room has a whitewashed fireplace, for ambiance, and two large windows allowing plenty of sunshine in. It features a 58" Smart 4K TV with all major platform screen casting and many more apps, which you’ll enjoy in the comfortable couches.

The full-sized kitchen hosts wood cabinetry and gorgeous granite countertops. It features all new appliances, including a K-Cup coffee maker with pods, oven, dishwashing machine, stainless steel refrigerator, and a comfortable dining table as you chat with company from the kitchen or the living room. You are welcome to prepare a home-made meal while dining in.

The shared bath is conveniently located off the living room and beside the bedroom. The walk-in shower has tiled walls reaching the ceiling with surrounding walls tiled halfway up.

Off the kitchen is a sliding glass door exiting to your private backyard.

Comfortable and convenient

We stayed at this home for 3 weeks because it was close to Moffitt Cancer Center (7-8 minutes). The home was clean and comfortable. The amenities were sufficient for a shorter term visit but could have been a bit better with a few added conveniences. The kitchen supplies could have been better and the property owner seemed to be willing to upgrade to better accommodate families. For a shorter term stay to visit the Parks, etc. this would be a good place to stay.

USF visit

My family and I stayed here as we moved our son into USF. The location was extremely close to the university. The property was clean and the neighbors were nice. Kirk was very helpful. When I messaged him through the VRBO app he responded instantly and accommodated our requests.
