Private courtyard with 6 ft privacy fence with outdoor seating! walk toTampa's Riverwalk , Amalie Arena ( GO BOLTS!), University of Tampa, TheTampa Convention Center, Tampa General and the Downtown area! Private entry with private court yard. Efficiency style set up consisting of a full sized kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher etc. (all inclusive of bedroom and living area and kitchen) , ideal for families needing a full size kitchen or business executive wanting the comforts of home , yet in close walking or a short Uber ride to downtown , the Tampa Convention Center.
