Enjoy the beautiful Tampa weather and an independent AC system that ensures a pleasant atmosphere year-round. The fully equipped kitchen, with an oven, stovetop, double refrigerator, and all the essentials, is ready for you to cook delicious meals or enjoy a simple breakfast.

The cozy living room includes a sofa bed that easily extends into a full-size bed, perfect for accommodating additional guests. The main bedroom is a true retreat with a luxurious king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. For your convenience, there's also a brand-new washer/dryer combo. While the apartment has one main bedroom, the sofa bed in the living room provides extra flexibility for two additional guests, though it's most ideal for one.
