Decent but the pool was dirty and full of dead bugs, and the breakfast was very limited. There was almost nothing among the hot items except for scrambled eggs, everything else was empty and not restocked appropriately. No staff to welcome you to the restaurant or to check if you need help. I’m glad it was included in my stay, because otherwise the cost is nearly $20.00 for a very sub-par selection. The bathroom is pretty outdated and the bed is not very comfortable. Staff was nice and airport shuttle was timely and convenient. It’s ok for a one night stay, but definitely not much longer.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Inn but I do feel like the one of the Coastal restaurants staff was a bit much. A friend and I stayed for 5 days and paid ahead for breakfast buffet. The first day we went down to eat breakfast we were not properly informed on how and what was available to us. He simply took the food voucher and that was it. Then later rudely address us in stead of pulling us aside to communicate something he should have when we first arrived. After that experience I later asked another employee how the breakfast buffet worked so the next day we wouldn’t have this experience. We decided to eat in our room due to the first day and dreaded coming in contact with the waiter. We did just that the next day and then the day after he approached us again telling us he had gotten in trouble by his boss due to giving us two to go boxes rather than one. That was very unprofessional. He was reprimanded from his superior he should have never informed us of that the next day.He seemed to always have something to say to us every time we saw him. This caused me and my friend to eat breakfast in our room everyday because he didn’t seem to have any issue or complaints with anyone besides the two of us. Which made us uncomfortable and we just wanted to avoid seeing him. Other than that my experience at the hotel was great. All the other staff was great and very accommodating. Coastal restaurant needs to do better and properly train their employees on communication.
