Excellent with minor irritation

The only thing I see need for improvement is the breakfast buffet. The gentleman overseeing it was very slow to replenish items that were gone forcing people to wait for the food to warm up/cook or leave without it

Thermostats controlled by motion detection have no place in a hotel room, I woke up sweating in the middle of the night. Low flow shower heads are a nice idea, but in practice they just end up making you shower longer wasting your valuable vacation/business time. The property is not aging very well, it looks like it was built/remodeled very cheaply. The sound isolation of the room was very poor compared to my stays in other Holiday Inn Express hotels. The hotel is in a convenient location, but the road exiting the complex is falling apart. If I was driving a sedan or other low riding car I would have been concerned about damage.
