Quiet & comfortable

Quick and easy check-in. The hotel smelt so clean and fresh. My room & bathroom was clean, spacious; the décor was stylish. Alot of plugs for electronic devices. There was a full kitchen to cook, quiet environment. Parking lot was quiet and well lighted.

I was disappointed to find that the room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. Trash from prior guests was still in the room, including under and around the side tables by the bed, on the floor, and even on the coffee table. This gave the impression that the room hadn’t been thoroughly inspected or maintained.

Hotel staff was very nice. Check in was seamless. Room was moderately clean. Room was very spacious full mini kitchen with all working amenities. They offered dish soap to wash items. Makeup wipes were excellent quality. They even had toothpaste if you didn’t have any. Small part of the floor was a bit sticky. I wasn’t aware that you needed to request more towels or washcloths they didn’t provide them daily. Staff was helpful and nice. Many stores and restaurants are a short walk away. Had a great stay would def stay again. Which is surprising because i once stayed at a red roof in and it was deplorable.

Nice, quiet, clean room. Staff was friendly, not overfriendly. Good laundry room and snack machine and little store was convenient. Unlimited coffee was really good. Hallways and elevator floors need to be more cleaner. Overall great weekly stay for the price.

The room key cards don’t work. We stayed 28 days and every day we had to reset the room key cards. If other guess were checking in we had to wait to have our cards reset to access our room. The staff was not apologetic and no manager was ever present. Also the AC in the room seems to be malfunctioning. The room was never comfortable. It was super cold and when we turned the AC down the room was very humid/damp. My husband wanted the room cleaned including the bedsheets changed and was told by the front desk we had to remove the sheets off the bed first. It’s a cheap hotel, probably ok for 1 night but not for longer stays.

Had a great experience. Room was clean and never heard the rooms on either side. Loved the walk in shower. Staff was great Had a slight mishap re Expedia and the hotel but the hotel staff cleared it up in a professional manner. Will be going back.

Door didn’t work to lock it room was never cleaned out previous guest hair was everywhere and no bed sheets or pillows and the room was not supposed to be rented out this is a direct result of no available rooms and they didn’t report it to Expedia
