Beautiful chic hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful with places to eat. Great location and walking to distance to restaurants in Ybor city as well as the free trolley one block away to go downtown, Rooms are big, lots of snacks and drinks available to purchase. However we did have to call for wine opener and wine glasses. Double Shower heads were great with nice and hot water flow. Great lightening everywhere even in wardrobe. All rooms face inward with view of pool . Pretty lighting at night. My only complaint is no coffee machine in room. But the cute cafe downstairs has free plain coffee for guest. Would stay there again for sure .

From my phone call prior to arrival to see about accessing our room a little earlier to check in and check out we were thrilled with Hotel Haya and the entire team. Our room was so comfortable and there is so many places to store clothes - drawers, cubbies, and ample closet space. Great balcony, right over 7th Avenue. Excellent blackout drapes. The manager at the front desk, Teneekqua,is fabulous and Katie at check-in has a great smile and attitude.
