Unwind in Tampa at this lovely house. With 3 bedrooms including 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed, this awesome property offers 2 bathrooms with showers. Perfect for guests looking for a comfortable stay with AC and heating. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Iconic Tampa locations are artfully depicted on the wall and are all within a 20 min drive.

PROPERTY: The house is very well laid out with the living room just inside the front doorway. The living room has plenty of seating and a television. To the back right of the living room is a hallway to the master bedroom with en suite as well as a guest bathroom and 2 more bedrooms. To the back left of the living room is the kitchen and a sliding glass to the large backyard.

This home is loved by the owner who recently relocated for work, but it's holding onto it to be able to come home and sharing with short term guests while away. A local Superhost is available for any needs you have during your stay.

The garage is being used for storage and will be inaccessible to guests.

The property has a great back yard. It has new appliances. We found the house to be a well worn establishment. The walls and baseboards reflect hard use. We ended up cleaning the bathtub. The bathrooms do not have exhaust fans. The main bath carpet smelled of mildew. The 2nd bedroom door latch is coming apart, the lamp only works if you plug and unplug it because the turn switch on it is missing. We registered as 3 adults for 6 days. There were 5 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 0 wash clothes. The towels were clean, but worn, like bleach stains. It seems that the owners are making improvements. The master bath shower is very nice. We were there for radiation treatment at Moffitt. The location is centrally located. The neighborhood was nice. My dog was very happy in that backyard. We ate outside and enjoyed the evening. I’m not sure I’d stay again. I have a short term rental, myself. This home seems to be a work in progress rehab of a rental.

This property should not be listed in its current condition. The front door looked kicked in and poorly repaired, the back slider was filthy with a torn screen and no blinds, and ants invaded the kitchen within hours of having a meal. I also found a cockroach in the master bedroom, dead bugs in a ceiling light, and a backed-up sink that made the guest bath unusable. The oven was dirty, cabinets peeling, and no hand or wash towels were provided. Patio was uneven and unsafe. The host’s dismissive reply—“Glad you appreciated your stay. We’ll proceed with VRBO.”—was unacceptable. I have photos and video. Very disappointed. VRBO should inspect or delist this property until it meets basic cleanliness and safety standards.

The house was very close to everything. The neighborhood was very walkable with my dog. I would bring my own bedsheets and towels, if I knew that the sheets were so old they were see through. Not much as far as pots & pans, if you want to cook. Be careful if you walk in the back yard as there was dog poop left from other dogs. The walls and doors could do with a good washing or fresh coat of paint. We did get a little refund from our complaints. Other than that, we had a great time in Tampa, for the week.
