I will never go to a La Quinta ever. 1. The room stinks of cleaning chemicals 2. The water from the sink smelled bad, I had to use bottled water to brush my teeth. 3. Had to turn the heater off because of the noise coming on when it kicks in. 4. the soap in the shower is terrible, I'm sure that one container will last several years. Great way to save money. You should warn people to bring their own soap. 5. The leftovers and bottle waters I put in the mini fridge froze.

The staff definitely stood out, any request is taken care of, very polite and helpful. This hotel is clean and while taking care of, what is lacking in amenities is made up by all these things.

I have seen the reviews about the staff but I had nothing but a positive experience with the staff. The hotel overall and the room is a completely different situation. The grounds need repairs. I am pretty sure the room I stayed in, had the door kicked in at one point. There was definitely roaches that needs to be addressed.

Place is an absolute dump. Bugs in our first room and the second room had bugs and water stains all over the ceiling. Asked for a refund and got stiffed. I left and didn’t even spend the night. Still no refund. Better off sleeping in your car.

Dont expect to get clean sheets.

When housekeeping came, they didn't change my sheets. The just rotated them. I noticed by a stain on the fitting sheet when i found bugs in my bed and took covers off.They gave me another room for the night. I wasn’t leaving all my stuff in that room. I literally switch the whole bedding from the new room to mine. No help, no im sorry, no anything. So, if you stay there, make a stain on the sheet. Check to make sure its not on a different corner.
