Convenient location. Staff: friendly. OK free breakfast. Easy checkin/out. However old building/property needs to be updated, rooms need changed pillows and mattresses, which were very uncomfortable. Not very clean, saw cockroaches in the stairs, also room didn't seem very cleaned we found old socks on floor from prior guests, dust, and lots of spiderwebs

The property is in the process of being updated. They still have a way to go, but they're doing a nice job. And the staff --front desk, housekeeping, even the owner--is super friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

This is a great hotel in a shopping district right across the street. There are many food choices in the area and the only downfall of the whole thing is it’s right next to I 75 and you can hear the cars at night Wissing by.. but other than that it’s a great hotel and we’ll stay there again
