Whole place smells like mildew. Broken hot tub, broken ice machine, bad breakfast. Looks like they slapped a coat of paint on an old run down hotel & jacked up the prices.

No regreso ni aunque me regalen la estancia, la cama queen y la cabecera King, lo que alejaba las mesas de noche, bano parecia el de un bote de lo pequeno que estaba, olor a humedad. Las fotos que ponen para la habitacion no yienen nada que ver con la realidad. a un lado de la puerta de la habitacion habia una puerta para que pisieran la ropa sucia y cada vez que abrian sonaba fuerte, la puerat de los elevadores estaba a menos de 6 pies de la puerta de la habitacion y podias escuchar las personas ......mejor no regreso.

The room by the elevator needs to be provided a white noise machine. All hours of the night that thing is dinging. The shower door was hanging only by the top hinge which doesn’t seem very safe. The bed was on a frame that was one heavy person sitting on it away from collapsing. Mattress and pillows were comfortable and the shower was always hot so those are pluses. I also enjoyed the free coffee 24/7.

We didn't like the fact that they gave us a room directly across from the conference meeting room. They had an unexpected church service that woke us early at 8am with very load singing and clapping. The staff should have told us that on Sundays they are hosting a Church service and we would've chosen another room. My wife and I was in need of rest and that we didn't get! We chose to leave at 8:30 am because the loud singing and clapping continued. We never had the opportunity to enjoy the amenities that were offered, not even a shower.. This is the most expensive 9hrs that we've ever encountered.
