Enjoy the day in the backyard grilling out, swimming, and lounging on the sofa. Inside the spacious home you will be greeted by lovely coastal decor, 4 bedrooms, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Within 10 minutes you will find the Bucaneers stadium and downtown Tampa! Take a 45 minute drive to the #1 rated Gulf Coast beaches or 1.5 hour drive to Disney!

Please note there are two security cameras at this property: 1 is located on the front porch, and one is located in the backyard facing the pool. These have been placed for guest safety.

I booked this house for a girls trip and loved it! It had everything and Chevie provided clean towels and sheets along with a well-stocked kitchen. It was a very spacious and comfortable house to sleep all 6 of us! I recommended this place!

The house had a great lay out. We were there from July 15-23. It would be nice to have more paper products for such a long stay. We had to go out to purchase those products. The location of the house was great. It was in a very nice, quiet neighborhood.

A group of friends and I stayed here for a golf and Blue Jays spring training trip. The property is very clean and spacious. The pool was a great hangout between golf rounds. This location is central to many attractions, downtown as well as many golf courses. Definitely will book this place for our next tampa trip.

The house was immaculate and located in a very cute neighborhood! The owners were easy to work with and very timely with communication. We traveled to a variety of places in FL and it was easy to get to wherever we needed/wanted to go. Lots of restaurants nearby was a plus! I would definitely stay here again.

2 night stay for Lionel Ritchie concert
