`HOUSE RULES:

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to rude or disrespectful guests. Harassment or verbal abuse of staff may result in termination of your stay.

• Early Check-Ins & Late Checkout
Early check-ins and late checkouts are not guaranteed. You must request approval before our standard check-in/checkout time. Unapproved late checkouts after 11 AM will incur a $40 charge.

• Packages
We are not responsible for packages shipped to the house.

The property was as pictured, but the place wasn’t as clean. There was dust lined along the walls where the vents were, the shower curtain rod had to be placed up with random objects to keep from falling. The microwave didn’t work, called and was told maintenance would come no one did. It was a last minute booking but wasn’t expecting the last minute things that were overlooked.

Gross, gross, gross- Horrible place- no communication- pubes left in the bathroom, leaking tub, black mold, no tv remote to turn on tv- no one ever helped us or tried to solve any problems. The pictures are AI enhanced to look bigger and nicer than the reality. Almost 1/2 the lights didn’t work, there was a hole in the wall, dirt on every baseboard and under the furniture. They said there was a a sofa bed in the common area which was a lie. No big plates and nothing in the cupboards- the place was just gross. It smelled musty even thru the many air fresheners placed around. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine going off. Still waiting for the “investigation” to get a possible refund. They keep sending me auto generated messages ignoring the fact that we left after one night!

Before check in i contacted the host representative that i would like to shorten my stay as my daughters medical condition had significantly improved and we only needed for one week not two. The contact said they had a strict cancellation policy and would reach out to the host. I filled out the parking info but in the am of the first night stay my car was gone/towed. The tow company said there was supposed to have a paper pass which turned out inaccurate. I got my car back the next day after paying 300. This soured the stay and we only stayed one other night. Overall it was clean except for dirt on the ceiling near vent and black mold with a constantly leaking bathroom. The rep never gave me a definitive response as to refunding one week. I told him that i am a super host myself and always try and make adjustments when reasonable. The location was good but i would never stay here again. Next time i'll stay at the Marriott nearby. We had a great overall stay and would definitely consider coming back. The host was very communicative and friendly throughout, and they made extending our stay an extra night completely seamless, which we really appreciated. The pricing also felt very fair for the area.A few small details could be improved to make the experience even better, but nothing that took away from our trip. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay with a responsive host.
