We are happy to provide one parking spot per booking. Please park either under the covered CARPORT(allow space for 2 cars to fit) or the SHELLED area.
Shared washer/dryer is located inside the screened lanai area. LAUNDRY HOURS are 7 AM- 10 AM and 4PM - 10PM.

Host was communicative and accommodating. Check in/out was very smooth and easy. I was traveling with my mom and my 2 yo son, and they had a pack-n-play available that they set up for us with a cushioned mattress and extra sheet, which was awesome. Kitchen fully stocked, was able to cook a couple of simple meals. Bed in the room was very comfortable. Sofa bed is very firm - which is not my preference - but comes with a mattress topper and I was able to sleep okay. Everything we needed was functional. Bathroom is located outside of the bedroom, which was nice to be able to go in and out while my son was asleep. Neighborhood is a little older and the parking may be a little tight for a larger vehicle, but it was fine. We did hear some music and noise through the wall in the unit attached, but it wasn’t really heard in the bedroom, and I had brought our sound machine anyway so it was not really an issue. Overall it was perfect for what we needed over the weekend and I would recommend it over a hotel if you need a place to stay in the area.
