The property when you walked in had an overwhelming smell of urine and musky dirt. Under the 2 large carpets once pulled back was tons of dirt and grime. We made sure to have shoes on at all times. There were only 2 towels and no bath mat. And the fixtures in the shower are so lose we feared they may break. My boyfriend had to help the neighbors across the hall remove a giant cockroach from their living room, made us question our own space. The location was perfect however the experience did not match. And the smoke detector is hanging and not attached.

Absolutely do NOT book this property.We had a two-night stay scheduled from 2/27–3/1 and walked into a unit that was completely misrepresented by the photos. There was an immediate odor upon entering. The walls were scuffed, the living room chair and couch were covered in stains, and the bed comforter was visibly discolored. There was debris on the floors.The breaking point was the bathroom — there was pubic hair in the bathtub and on the wall. That is inexcusable and clearly shows the unit was not properly cleaned before our arrival.We immediately documented everything with photos and messaged the host through VRBO to inform them we would not be staying. We had no choice but to book a hotel that same night.As of 3/2, we still have not received a refund. We have repeatedly been told the issue was “sent to management,” but no resolution has been provided. VRBO was also unhelpful and simply redirected us to a third-party management company.This experience was unacceptable from start to finish — misrepresentation, unsanitary conditions, and zero accountability afterward. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere.

The host was extremely welcoming and responsive all my questions prior to and after booking. The suite was beautiful, and the location was excellent. It was a short walking distance to famous Bayshore Blvd, a variety of restaurants, and a 7-minute drive to downtown Tampa. I will definitely book this place again!
