TV did not work in my room. Hotel receptionist refused to change my room. I was not able to charge my cellphone because of this. I will never stay here again.

Horrible stay

Well the guy at the check in was rude. We ask for towels about 5 times. Never got them. The channel buttons on the remote did not work. Talk yo the guy at the counter 5 times. He kept saying he was coming when someone came in. We never saw him again. The second day i went down 3 times about the remote. We stayed the entire time with no tv. I actually went to the movies while the kids where at the alan jackson concert. Because i didnt wanna sit in the hotel room with nothing to do.

Need to do some serious work on the property it self because rusty hanger and bathroom looked so old appliances were old as well but I slept like a baby and my kids enjoyed the pool

I called earlier in the day yesterday to let them know we were arriving late past midnight to check in after a long 10 hour drive, when we arrived nobody was there and even called the number they had displayed and they made us wait all the way till 7 in the morning. With no compensation or anything off the room price. Then forgot we had late checkout and room service came 30 minutes early as if we didn’t even have a late checkout. Terrible service and no communication or help
