Excellent Location

This home near USF and Busch gardens is perfect for a stay in Tampa. Close to downtown with a fenced in yard for our dog to explore. Great location to watch the fireworks and drone show on the weekends. Host is very attentive and goes out of his way to accommodate any reasonable requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, Comfy, Convenient

We were in Tampa to visit family over the Memorial Day holiday weekend. We arrived very late the first evening, and the owner/manager Jarred was great at providing all the info we needed, even answering questions at midnight and later. This is not a 'resort' location, it's a quiet neighborhood of hard working families, however the location was convenient to everything we wanted, and we were able to view the Busch Gardens fireworks and drone lightshow from the front yard! My only caution is this: the beds are NOT

Tampa house near USF

My son was attending USF for one semester, so my husband, son and I stayed at this property. The owner was very responsive to my calls. The property location was excellent. It was a very short drive from USF, and there were lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. We had a very comfortable stay for four months.

House of Champions

My husband and our 4 daughters were down for a volleyball tournament and our place was exactly as described!! Jerrard allowed us to not only check in early but also check out late due to the tournament ending later than expected!! The house was clean, smelled great and had all the amenities we needed. The house had plenty of space for our family of 6 and our dog. Great fenced in backyard as well. Thanks Jerrard for making our stay awesome and for allowing our champion to rest easy!!! We would definitely stay again!!!

Close to Busch Gardens

The house was clean and well supplied. The beds were very comfortable. If you’re going to Busch Gardens, you can’t get any closer than this. You can see the roller coasters and hear the screams. The neighborhood is only fair but appears to be improving. The WiFi and the tvs worked well. Communication with the owner was good. We enjoyed our week there.

Cute comfortable stay

Nice little house right by Busch Gardens. We were able to Uber to the park for way cheaper than it would’ve cost to park there. We also did the 45 min drive to Clearwater beach. Communication with the host was easy and timely. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we visit the Tampa area.

This was a very nice remodeled home. Clean and quaint little 2 bedroom 2 bath house located right next to Bush Gardens. Great location for many Tampa attractions. Communication with the host was very easy and property was easy to find. All and all great property.

Great place to stay!

This is a great place to stay, my entire family of five was very happy, comfortable and we felt like at home. It is a nice remodel home and the welcome sign had me at hello.. For us the location and the nice fenced backyard were an added bonus. The host, Jaredd, was very responsive and made the entire process from the beginning to the end very pleasant. Thanks, Jaredd!
