The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Used linens: Place used towels in the bathtub or shower. Strip the beds and place used bedding on the floor of your bedrooms.
Bins are in the alley behind the building. Walk straight down the path on the side to the back of the building — the bins are behind the wall on the other side of the turf area.
Grill: if you used the grill, please make sure you’ve cleaned the grates and turned off the propane tank. Turn off lights and set the thermostat to 74°F cooling / 68°F heating.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
