My stay was great! The front desk staff were polite and helpful. The parking was easily accessible. There is a bus stop across the street for other transportation options. The rooms are beautiful and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

The smoke alarms kept going off in my hotel room for no reason. I finally went to the front desk and they sent someone to just remove the alarms from my room. There were also cockroaches in the room. I told front desk but he said all the rooms were booked so I couldn’t move rooms. I was just exhausted and was checking out the next morning anyway, however I recommend some pest maintenance.

Thumbs up for Oasis Bay Suites

I definitely recommend Oasis Bay Suites. From the minute we arrived, we were impressed. The front desk attemdant was very friendly and when I asked for a 12 pm checkout, he was very kind about it. The courtyard is a great touch with covered lounge areas, corn hole, lifesize chess and swinging chairs. Loved it as a place to relax outside the room but away from the pool. The suite was quite spacious (more than I expected) and clean. Just the bathtub floor was a little worn. Plus it's very close to many food and entertainment places. This is a great place to stay for families and I would certainly return.

This property was good for our visit to USF as it was near the university. We liked the location. We didn't like the night noise from the busy street and other guests but it wasnt a deal breaker. Check in was ok. Not exceptional service with a smile but not rude or short. The room seemed clean but the blanket on the pull out bed was stained. We had to exchange it. The pool area was nice with lounge chairs. Our key cards were deactivated a couple times during the stay which meant a trek back to the front desk. The free breakfast is a plus. I would have liked fresh towels during our stay but that didnt happen. I'm kinda used to that after covid but not really. Overall its an ok place to stay for the price.

Price was good. 24 hour front desk for late arrivals. Free parking. Large room for family. Comfy bed. Basic but reasonable free breakfast with enough variety for family. We had a room at back which had road noise unfortunately which was a bit annoying. Nothing much around but we were using before Busch gardens which worked well.

Wasn’t sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. Lovely courtyard, comfortable bed, clean and large rooms. Loved the gym, even though it was under construction. Loved having a balcony in addition to the large room throughout. Breakfast was very busy and they had a tough time keeping up. Suggest going early. Good option if going to Busch Gardens or FSU.

Horrible. Never again.

Floors not swept. Hair in bathroom shower. Toilet not working. Water not filling tank and when front desk was called maintenence showed up dressed like someone they just found out on the sidewalk. After he touched a few thi ngs(obvious he didn't know what he was doing)he said it was fixed. It wasn't. Since we were staying just one night we dealt with it but had to wait an extremely long time for tank to fill after every flush. Tank cover not even correct part. Did not fit. Annoying. For $247 a night definitely not worth it.

Good stay

It was good.the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. The check in person had some good food recommendations for eating out. More tissues would have been nice.
