Palihouse Hyde Park is an amazing place to stay!! The location is perfect next to plenty of great shops and restaurants within walking distance I’ve stayed at other Palihouses and this one is my favorite. The staff is friendly and on top of everything you need. The rooms and space are nice, very clean and well-kept. The bar is great and has an awesome vibe for drinks and food. We will be back!!

I wanted to like this place so bad because of how beautiful it was but I was sadly left heavily disappointed. Upon arrival the in house restaurant was not up and running serving food. I was told that the over at the kitchen broke and remain broken during my complete stay here so I did not get the bed and breakfast experience I was hoping for. During my 3 day stay here room service was never provided dispite me requesting it. This resulted in a dirty bed, soiled towels I had to use day after day. AND sadly it didn’t even there. The shower experience was very poor. From severely low water pressure in the shower and empty soap and shampoo dispensers I was unable to take a proper shower. Again, this was left unresolved as room service never attended my room despite the fact that I saw them in my hallway every morning as I left for my day activities. If possible I would love to be connected to a manager about these concerns.

The room service staff and servers in the bar are amazing. The front desk was not helpful. I checked out at 3:20 and he said he could not give me a late check out and would be charging me for another night. If you are the type that likes to sleep on past 5am on a Saturday, good luck. I was woken up to the sound of some industrial sized washer and dryer above me going off above my head. It wasn’t worth going back to sleeps you can hear everything in the hotel room. It’s designed well, and in the perfect location. I would rather drive somewhere given the price and morning wake up call and front desk staff not being there or being unwilling to be helpful.
