Beautiful home that 3 doors away from Apollo Beach, FL. It has everything you need to host a quaint & private beach trip with your friends, family or co-workers. There is a heated pool & hot tub available for use that make it so easy to have fun at home or at the beach. A full kitchen including stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker (and supplies) are all provided for your convenience. There is a 2 car garage available for parking and ample room in the driveway for more vehicles if needed.

There are 3 bedrooms with a king master suite, a queen bedroom and a queen with a bunk bed in a 3rd bedroom. There are two living areas (each has a sleeper couch) and two dining areas, allowing plenty of room for extra air mattresses. With tons of extra pillows and blankets we truly hope you will sleep and wake comfortable.

The home is 3 doors down from public parking & access to Apollo Beach (it is exactly .25 to hit sand from walking out the front door). Guests are provided with a wagon, beach chairs, snorkel gear, floats, beach towels and accessories. There are games provided for the family in case it’s rainy or chilly. Apollo Beach is truly a hidden gem of Florida beaches. The sand has enough shells for fun searches, without having too many. There is about 20 to 30 feet typically of shallow water, making it great for families with kids.

Within walking distance there is a local shop, massage parlor, pizza place and nice restaurant. You have the option of minimal driving if you choose. There is a Publix, CVS, Family Dollar & Dublin Donuts within 5 miles for convenience of supplies.

PIE and TPA are both approximately 55 min away from the home and about a $40-60 Uber ride.
