The room, and hotel in general, was nothing like the pictures or description. The floor of our room had not been mopped or cleaned recently, the bed was extremely hard and noisy, craftsmanship of any repairs was of low quality, heat and air unit did not seem to work (was stuffy), and the walls were paper thin (we could hear normal conversations in next rooms and hallway. We ended up canceling our reservation, left, and booked another hotel. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was the front desk workers were nice.

The shower did not work. I reported to the front desk and they basically said “sorry”. I got the impression they did not really care. There was loud yelling at the pool pretty late. Overall the grounds looks pretty sketchy.
