Perfect Tampa Base

We brought our sons, their wives and ourselves together to visit my son's new apartment in Tampa for birthdays and Father's Day. Couldn't have asked for a better place to make our base. The house was very clean and comfortable and the host and facilities manager were friendly, polite and prompt. Thanks so much. We'll certainly look at staying again next time we come for a visit.

Beautiful home

Quiet neighborhood, very nicely decorated home and newly renovated. Pictures online don’t do it justice! The pool was the main selling feature and I was pleasantly surprised with the huge, screened in sunroom. The yard is fully fenced, for those traveling with fur babies!

Nice neighborhood with quick access to stores and coffee shops. House was great size and clean. Enclosed patio was perfect for morning coffee. Make sure to bring extra towels if you stay more than a few days

Alittle about our stay..

I will say the info about the home in the listing is a a bit misleading. It says something about a separate studio. They turned the garage into a studio apartment and someone rents it out full time. We found out by seeing a car parked on the lawn. They listed it as a “private” home but someone else is sharing property. (Although, they don’t have access to pool). Also, lots of snakes. We seen about 7. We do know it’s Florida and snakes are around, but they came right by pool, and there is a huge pond behind home. I will say house is beautiful inside! You can tell they take pride in it. Also, Laura did everything she could to help us, which is the owners daughter.

Nice rental at a good price

Clean property. Nice, open concept was good for hanging out as a group. Comfortable for all 6 of us, although "kids" room would be more comfortable for younger children rather than older teenagers. Only suggestion would be to have more towels, wash clothes, and blankets. We had to borrow towels from our friend since there were only three beach towels and one small bath towel for each person.

Clean, Cozy, Good Communication. Supplies needed.

Home is beautiful and neighborhood is safe and convenient to Tampa and surrounding area. Communication with host was prompt and sincere. We did want to provide future guests with some tips: The pool is not covered or heated. If it's windy you do need to clean leaves out of it every morning. Bring towels, specifically beach towels. We only had 5 for 5 guests for the whole week so we were doing laundry nearly every day. Which we had to buy laundry soap for. And hand soap, toilet paper and garbage bags too. When we booked, the listing did not include any mention of someone living in the garage. We only learned this as we saw someone come out of it the first night we arrived, which was a little frightening and nerve wrecking. Enjoy your trip!
