We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was not only nice but also aesthetically pleasing, with a stylish and comfortable atmosphere throughout. The location was incredibly convenient within walking distance to just about everything we needed. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. We shall definitely return!

Quite pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. The room was compact but had everything a tiny apartment would have. Perfect for 1-2 people. Very modern and clean. No suited to have any guests. Very compact. The surrounding area was also clean city life and very close walking distance to Amalie Arena.

This seems to be more of an extended stay than a hotel. Limited lobby with basic front desk and most of the guests seemed to have a dog, which I enjoyed because I love dogs. But it’s not the lobby bar, bellman, nice music you might expect for the price point. You are on your own with your luggage. Pat said, I found the room very comfortable and loved having a washer and dryer because I’ve been on the road for a week. There is a very nice and expansive pool deck, but no bartender at the bar when I was there. So it has like a zombie apocalypse feel. Everyone left and a few people moved in to enjoy it. Again, nothing at all wrong with the place that a few more staff couldn’t fix.

We are fans of this mixed residential/hotel model. The room was well appointed. The location was perfect for us, close to restaurants and a quick drive to just about everything. Only complaint… elevators and traffic lights are slow in Florida… soooo slow.
