The room wreaked of cigarette smoke. Even the toilet paper smelled like cigarettes. It was disgustingly awful.

How this property has 3 stars is beyond me, This should be a $49/night not $153/night motel, can't even consider this place a hotel. Do NOT stay here. Wyndham needs to tear this place down and start over, I don't mind a slightly outdated hotel if it is clean but this was horrible. Photos online are very outdated, rooms are disgusting, the bar/restaurant is permanently closed, the walls are so thin I could hear the dude in the next room snoring like he was in my bed, parking lot has ZERO lighting, customers service is mediocre. I requested an upgrade since it was already 8pm and was told all the rooms are the same, the CSR said the manager would give me a discount when he got in the next morning at 9 So we will see if that happens.

Deadly accident is waiting to happen . The gaps between the bars of the guard rails of the stairs and the floors (second and up) are too wide about 6” (the gaps should be lesser then 4”). The small children ,your child could go through the guard and falls to floor below. Deathly accident is going to happen.Please repair it and not tomorrow,not today , but NOW. Please help

I didn’t like that the property parking area . It lack lighting. It’s way too dark. It felt unsafe. The room is a basic room. My hotel phone isn’t working even after putting in a request for maintenance.

Once past the front desk, property felt old and dirty, like a remote country motel. We slept with our clothes on to not catch anything. Dirty rooms, small. Close to airport strips bars if that means anything.

I would rate this hotel at one tenth of one star. Very old building that was never taken care of and never updated. Very old rooms, mold on shower walls, sink and tub not draining, 1/2" gap under the entry door, window unit set to 78 degrees heat and it was all cold air, and many other issues. Do not waste your money staying at this dump.

Went on a cruise and the Hotel had shuttles from the airport and the cruise terminals. We were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and the Staff was absolutely Amazing. Will definitely stay again.

You get what you pay for

I should have paid more for a nicer hotel. The service and the lobby of the hotel was nice with no complaints. The room on the other hand smelt like weed. It was so rundown which the walls were dirty and the furniture in the room was broken. We stayed only 1 night and it was late so we didn’t say anything but we would never stay there again.
