Won't come here again because trying to get $100 deposit back is like pulling teeth. I still have yet to get deposit back from 3 weeks ago after hours of calls ro reseevations and the front desk. And they lied about it being put back on my card. I think the staff are keeping peoples deposits

The hotel was ok for an overnight before travelling. The beds were comfy and it looks like they’ve been renovating. It’s very convenient to the airport and the staff were friendly.

The Manager is the Greatest!!!

The hotel itself isn't a Hilton but for the cost its a great deal. The GREATEST feature in this hotel is the Daytime Manager. He was the absolute GREATEST and a perfect example of a Customer Service Expert!!!! I've stayed in many 4 star Hiltons but never had such Fantastic experience with a Manager.

There was mold around the tub, there was no hot water to take a shower. The remote for the TV did not work.The staff at the front desk was rude.

On the night of September 15th, I had a negative experience with the front desk staff. I admit I made a mistake with my reservation, but that should not be an excuse for showing a bad attitude toward customers. In addition, every time the phone rang, the receptionist seemed upset, which left a poor impression of the service. I hope this feedback helps improve customer care, since friendliness is essential in any situation.

The female front desk was very professional and executed her duty and satisfied every request I had, except when there was the male attendant that day of my departure. 1) He did not ring my phone or nor knocked on my door. I was relying on him for the wake up call, but he decided not to pursue my request. What if I missed my shuttle, that means be late/miss my flight?? 2) I was locked in the business electronic room, i I was not able to get out of the room!? I tapped onto the glass door, so that I was able to communicate with anyone nearby.
