To start off the hotel didn’t look nothing like the photos on the site. Second to get to our room we had to walk through a breeze way that was dark. The bathroom in our room was not what we thought the bathroom sink was clogged and when you ran the water the drain stunk. Toilet ran all night loud noises at night and the maintenance people started making noise outside so early before it got light out. I will never ever go back…rather sleep outside before returning.

We will try somewhere else next time.

Room was clean but had no hand soap. Bring your own soap, or wash your hands with shampoo. Get to breakfast early or you might not eat what was provided. In the last half hour they ran out of coffee, ran out of eggs, and possibly other things we did not know about. Somebody asked and they said there is no more. Something positive: The crew that did the dismantling of the breakfast Buffett was extremely efficient. In 7 minutes flat they had everything cleared out. If you snooze you loose.

Ramada Westshore Airport South, is a great location, even though it is on a very busy street. It's close to downtown, which was why I was there, close to lots of shopping within 10-15 minutes. And has lots of dining options in the area too. The staff were very nice. Every one I encountered greeted me. The condition of the hotel definitely needs to be updated, is an old style design on the outside, but for the price of other hotels, this one was reasonable. You do get what you paid for, and it wasn't bad. There free breakfast wasn't bad either. Overall it was a good stay!

If you need to stay one night to be close to the air port at a budget price, I would recommend. If your looking for a comfortable stay for many nights I recommend staying at different place. The bed was good. You could see the corners on the floor not clean. You walked around in white socks and they turned black. It was like the AC unit was sprayed with chemical of some kind . When the AC was on the room really smelled like cleaner or air freshener. Really small TV. One microwave in the hall that serviced whole floor.

Our room, for the price, is concerning! This room is severely outdated, featuring what can only be described as motel-grade amenities. However, despite the very old and outdated furniture and general eye-sore that this room is, it *is* clean and the beds are comfortable.

People in the court yard were loud all hours of the night. Felt very unsafe walking through the property. Extremely humid in the room. Needed to set the air conditioner in the low 60’s so it didnt feel damp. Wall tile laying on the floor in the bathroom. Bathroom door would close tight on the bottom. Fixtures rusting from the humidity. Beds and pillows were good.

Horrible! The rooms are dirty. Needs updating. Chipped paint. Front desk attendant rude. Advertised restaurant and bar, it has been closed for two years. Hallways dark, dirty and unkept. Photos of the hotel are grossly inaccurate. Don’t stay here.

Lost our room

They advertise as pay when you arrive but when we arrived they had already ran our card. They ended up charging one person for three rooms and when we had plan to split the bill for three separate cards. The one wasn’t able to cover it they canceled one of them. We were never notified and didn’t find out till we arrive.
