Check in was very easy! They were very kind, the beds were very comfortable. The room was nice, but had some trash left in it when we checked in and the remote for the TV was missing the batteries. They could definitely benefit from getting some more towels in the rooms and some do not disturb signs for the rooms as well. The condition of the hotel was ok, kind of dumpy around the grounds. Stayed for a weekend and would stay again if we ever came back down to the area.

However we were at the pool and we were the only family asked whether we were hotel guests while other groups were not approached. It made us uncomfortable and felt targeted. We would not stay at this place again just because of this incident.

The guy at the desk was very nice and understanding. We walked in and walked out. We did not feel safe there at all. The amount of partying and drunks hanging out of their rooms and being overly obnoxious plus the smell of weed everywhere.

The place was clean and tidy. It is very basic - no hangers for the bar/ which is over a friedge so really no place to hang anything anyway. But it was clean and when I askedfor blanket because I didn't want to use the noisy A/C/heat I waas able to pick up two and was toasty warm. Beds are comfortable and it was near to the person I was visiting.

Front desk guy wouldn't let me kids play outside at 7pm. Not sure what his problem is/was. They weren't being loud or anything. Told me to take them to a park despite a large open green space that they wanted to play w a foam baseball in. What a loser.
