Along with 3 restaurants, this resort has 2 outdoor pools and a full-service spa. WiFi in public areas is free. Other amenities include a golf course, a fitness center, and a bar/lounge. Housekeeping is available once per stay.
Saddlebrook Resort offers 515 air-conditioned accommodations with laptop-compatible safes and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to balconies or patios. The room was the equivalent of any run of the mill cheap hotel. You have to pay a mandatory $30 daily fee for valet services but make sure you are in before 1030pm or you will be parking yourself. It's just simply not worth the price being asked per night on top of the $100 per day deposit. Otherwise it's great for those looking to golf and that's about it.

Will never stay in this place. At first main pool and restaurant are closed. Only valet parking, and you will have to pay $100. daily for the nights you booked for any incident that may come up with your car at that parking. Customer service is awful. The supervisor Chinese lady that work there laugh at my face because I asked for a refund, obviously I wont let my family and my self to stay in a place with so poor conditions. I ended leaving with my family with no refund and having to book another place. Will never recomend this place to anyone.

The pool was closed for renovation, for the whole summer. This was our whole intent for booking this location. The room was very dated and the water came out of the faucets brown… very unimpressed and displeased with the lack of advertisement that their main amenity was closed.

Never actually checked in I forfeited the money because it wasn’t a very friendly or inviting atmosphere. The construction was an eyesore. Valet only is unacceptable people like to have unlimited acces to their vehicles. The whole place was just not the atmosphere my family felt comfortable staying in. To each their own but we went somewhere else.

Hell actually does exist and this place is it. Dirty and disgusting, sticky floors in bathroom and kitchen. When I asked to get the room cleaned I was met with a person with a bad attitude who told me someone may be by tomorrow. Don't forget to bring you're own toilet paper because they will not bring you any or clean your room. Was there for 8 days and they only came by once to clean the room and only because I walked over to the person performing maid services and they were nice enough to do it. Leave you're swimming trunks at home because the pool is closed until November for "renovations" and be prepared to be awakened everyday at 6 am because they house the renovations staff right next to your room. Be prepared to walk quite a distance to your room as there is no parking next to the room. You are expected to park, walk over to reception and have an employee with a golf cart take you to your room. Same for leaving you're room, you can call for a pick-up but be prepared to wait at least 30+ mins. There was not one redeeming quality about this prison. Called around about trying to leave but could not find another place to stay. I have never stayed at a more disgusting place in my life.

Property is in the middle of renovations. To be honest is sorely needed. Everything in the room was very old. If you are a get up and go quickly person this might not be the hotel for you. You have to wait for a good cat shuttle reach time you go from your car to your room. Especially with luggage. Otherwise I think it will be very nice once the renovations are done

After we booked this hotel, we were notified of the renovation. It was too late to change at this point. The hotel room itself was disgustingly dirty. We were moved to another room the next day. It was better but still filthy rotten and dirty. I do have pictures of everything. You have to pay $30 a day for parking because they only have valet the main pool which was the drawer to go. There was under renovation so we couldn’t even use it. They did have a smaller one.. the valet manager would not reimburse us the $30 per night for the valet however, the hotel did reimburse us the resort fee of $28.00 per night since the amenities you could not use

The property was lovely and the room was clean and comfortable. However, valet parking is required and $30 per night. The valet drop off was approximately 1/2 mile from our room and while there was usually a golf cart at the valet station to take us to our room, we were only able to reach the front desk to request a golf cart to pick us up at our room to go to the valet station on one out of three days. The other two days we were on hold with the front desk for over 20 min and no one ever answered, so we had to walk in 90 degree heat & humidity. We were told there was an issue at the front desk.

The most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. We checked in reviewed the rooms and left immediately. No apologies from the front desk. When I followed up with them the following week in hopes of getting a refund, they informed me that these issues have to do with the housekeeping department and not technically their responsibility. DO NOT GO.

The picture this resort uses is a big pool. This is false advertising as this pool is under construction. Construction and fencing everywhere. They have the construction workers LIVING at the hotel and standing out shirtless, smoking cigarettes grilling off grills on the balcony. A rat ran out in front of my feet. There was something dirty like feces on the duvet. Totally a nightmare
