This resort was awesome as far as hospitality and accommodations.. However, the parking fee $30 a day is unreasonable. Whether you use your car or you don’t valet parking is $30 a day I come from New York Long Island specifically and have never heard of such high rates for parking your car Inches away from where you would retrieve it. I did address it with a manager on site who stated they hire an offsite valet company. I suggest they find another company or hire their own people to do valet parking $30 a day. Unacceptable. In addition to all the other expenses, I travel a lot. I’ve never seen $30 a day for valet parking. What a rip off.

When we arrived at the property we were told there would be a 30/night valet fee plus 28/day resort fee. We entered the room it is very outdated and need to be upholstery ,cracks and holes in the ceiling. We had some bugs on our sheets as well. Another concern was we are paying 30/night for a valet service and the time it took to get the service took forever majority of the time we had to walk. Once you get to the front for valet you have to then also wait for the vehicle which took another 5-10 minutes each time. This process was tedious and a pain and even worse we had to walk and get our own vehicle twice. There’s also no self parking. If you’re not going to offer self parking and charge for valet the process should be top tier!

I enjoyed the pools, pool decks, surf shop staff was amazing! The patios are lovely to sit out on, having a kitchen in your room saves money and is super convenient. I think the resort should invest in an upholstery cleaner to clean the carpet stains and discolored chairs until they renovate all the rooms. If there were more places to dine at on the resort that would make it even better.

I recently stayed at this resort"hotel, and I have to say it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. It’s clear that the management is more focused on their sports complex than on providing any sort of decent hotel experience. First, let’s talk about the pricing. For what we paid, I expected a much better stay. The room was far from luxurious, and it didn’t even feel clean. They’ve clearly put all their money into the sports facilities, but completely neglected the basic amenities that should come with a stay at a hotel. The price was outrageously high for what you actually get—especially when you consider the poor quality of the rooms. Speaking of which, the room itself was a disaster. There was peeling paint everywhere, which made it feel like it had been neglected for awhile. Then, to top it off, they double-charged me for parking because they assumed I had brought two cars. By the way I was only there with my 12yr old son. Their form of inquisition was accusation then recovery.. It’s clear that the management's priorities are completely out of whack. They’ve sunk money into the sports complex, but seem to have forgotten they’re running a hotel too. If you're looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay this is not it. In fact you'd be better off staying in a motel.

Grounds, staff and overall experience was great. Room was decent, a bit dated but comfortable. exterior of our building and laundry room dirty but livable. Valet parking was expensive and disorganized when busy (due to construction I believe) but staff did their best which was appreciated.

Nice but needs work.

We live locally and wanted a quick weekend getaway. The grounds are torn up from construction, the travertine tiles wobble when you walk. We were upgraded to a 2 room suite! The sliders had hand prints all over them. Saturday we went to the pool which was great the service and staff were friendly, showering after the pool we found the main shower was not clean hair was on shower wall. I did speak with front desk they offered a $25 refund for the cleanliness of the room. It was a nice getaway. I would like to go back after renovations are complete on the grounds! Hopefully the rooms get updated too!

Very beautiful and unique property and experience! If you wanna not worry about leaving where you’re staying this is a great place to be, the staff are fantastic. If you’re wanting to go out more there is a longer drive to get to downtown Tampa.

Do not stay here! This property is run by kids. Valet friday and saturday noght when we returned had 50 cars parked every/anywhere. People got so tired of waiting they simply ledt their cars where they were. Phone in room didnt work. Called front desk (from my cell) to get towels. Was told it would be 1030pm as housekeeping is not on site. The golf carts from the check in to our condo was only available once during our 5 days stay. Its really ashame as if properly managed this could be a great property. We will NOT return.

I want to request a refund! This resort was horrible, staff unhelpful, when you complain they dont care or do anythign about it. If nothing else I want my 30 a day back for valet, I had to get my own car! It took forever to get from room to the front to even get the car. Impossible to walk with all the luggage from room to front. Room was old and dirty. Front desk people do not offer any solutions. No supervisors around to talk to. I would not recommend to anyone. Im sure tons of people missed their flights. Thank god I had a 2nd key to my car to get my own.

Property hard to get around. You have to walk around or wait for golf cart to come get you. Can only valet so very difficult to leave property. We were at a tournament and needed to come and go frequently so it was difficult. It was also under construction

Great location and looks like a great golfing resort. Kinda convoluted with the front desk remodel and waiting for the golf cart ride to the room. Wish there was a map that showed our room and the other amenities.
