Nice, Efficient Stay

The property met our needs for a quick stay in the area to find an apartment in Tampa for my daughter. The unit was clean and the space was good. Property has very basic features; no frills; no patio furniture; no restroom downstairs; very quiet

Tampa - University of South Florida

We were in Tampa for softball at USF. The location was about two miles from the stadium and surrounding entertainment. I townhouse was a described and properly equipment. It was clean and the apartment complex was nice and in a safe location. The bed mattresses were great. I would recommend as a safe and comfortable location.

Perfect Location

Having appointments at Moffitt and wanting to explore some of Tampa this location was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and the accommodations were comfortable.
