I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel, particularly due to the exceptional staff who were attentive and friendly throughout the day. Although I wish I could recall all their names, one gentleman stood out: Ali, who managed the wagon filled with shoe shine liquids. Our engaging conversations added a special touch to my experience. I will undoubtedly return, rating my stay a perfect 20 out of 20.

The front desk associate is rude and has zero customer service. She is constantly on her phone and she does not aknowledge customers and their requests. Customers should come first and she does not represent this hotel to its fullest capabilities .its a shame!

My Mother, my kids (age 10 and 5 months) and myself came Wesley chapel, FL as it was the closest and most affordable near Tampa,FL. I came here for my college graduation and I can say, when I entered the hotel of SpotX it smelled very clean! I love the lobby sit up, and I was greeted with a big smile for check in. Check in was smooth. The rooms aren’t too big but definitely not too small. I enjoyed my stay here with my family despite having a few kids run in the hallway (but we cannot control that) and it only happened for a few minutes , not all night. Lastly, the beds were comfortable for my kids, mother and myself. Only thing that made me uncomfortable was that I found 2 baby roaches in the room the first night of our stay. I assumed those were the only two because I didn’t see anymore after I got rid of them lol! But other than, I’d definitely come back.

The breakfast was good, the location was great for shopping and entertainment, the room was clean. The street traffic was very loud. The AC unit made terrible noises I had to be moved to another room. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the room. The morning staff was too busy reading a book that she didn’t notice the guests standing in front of her. She was not friendly. It wasn’t terrible but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

I love the location that the hotel is in because of the surrounding businesses ( shopping mall and restaurants, etc). I would suggest that the hotel get more washers and dryers for the guests.

I liked nothing about this property. It had ROACHES AND BEDBUGS. No towels , I had to go buy towels , I had to check out at 2am with my kids because of roaches and bedbugs. Set in the car riding around looking for another hotel til 3am.They told me they don’t change the sheets for you , it was food crumbs from the elevator to the end of the hallway. It had garbage cans full of food by every other door . I was forced to stay because there wasn’t no refund and I booked for a week . Bad customer service . I was told I could get towels the next day at 9am and it was 2pm . Overall , JUST DON’T DO IT ! NASTY
