The townhome features two cozy bedrooms, including a tranquil master bedroom with a Queen bed, private bathroom, and closet, as well as a traditional bedroom with a Queen bed and private bathroom. For added comfort, there's a sofa bed, considered a Queen pull-out, accommodating extra guests with ease.

The parking in South Tampa is extremely tight. This is true all over the entire area. The land value is just too expensive and the old historic streets built in the early 1900s are quite narrow. There is 1 private parking space for a medium-sized vehicle. The option of off-street parking is possible, but we cannot guarantee space for a second vehicle.

This is a quiet residential area. I expect my guests to respect the neighbors. The "golden" rule applies peeps :)

-No open flames please! (Candles, incense, lighters, etc)
-No illegal activity or substances of any kind on the property.

Great location, poorly stocked

We had a great time, and the location was ideal the beds were comfortable, and the living area was large enough for our family. . Our main complaint about the property is that it wasn’t well stocked. The kitchen had a few pots, and a cookie sheet, but no other cooking dishes or serving dishes. There were no hot pads for taking things from the oven, and only 1 dish towel. The bathrooms had old fraying, mismatched towels, and there were no blankets on the beds, just sheets and a comforter. Since we were staying for Thanksgiving weekend, the kitchen was especially important, and we made several runs to the store to get cooking items that were missing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but will look for another property the next time we are in town.

Good space in convenient location

We were visiting family in the Bayshore Gardens area and found this property to be just what we needed. We had plenty of room for two young kids and us and it was an easy walk to Howard Ave to find restaurants. Check-in was very easy and property was clean. The beds were actually comfortable (a rare find for VRBOs!) and the kitchen, while not extensively stocked, had what we needed to make coffee and breakfast and reheat take-out. The back yard is kind of an overgrown jungle, so I would not count on it if you wanted an outdoor space. Owner was very communicative when I couldn't locate something and addressed all my questions promptly. Neighbors and street were quiet, minus some highway noise in the background. Overall, it was a good experience and we will definitely rent this space again when we are visiting family next time!
