Welcome to my home. Approximately 1600 sq ft home with a large open living room & dining room concept with high ceilings. The home was recently redecorated throughout and now boasts a bold modern theme with hotel-like amenities. All bedrooms have walk-in closets and the house interior has tiled and laminate wood flooring, smart TVs with surround sound in the living room. Also has a screened patio with a large fenced back yard.

Our stay in this 3/2 was an overall 4/10. The yard had junk in the backyard. The grill that was advertised was in garage with more stuff and a rug on top of grill. The location was good and the inside of home was excellent.

Do not stay here

This house was dirty, there was damage throughout the home and the front window was cracked with a hole in it. We were locked out of the garage and not able to use the laundry for the first few days. Once they opened the door for us the washer was pretty much broken. Owner was not very responsive, we had to message several times. The heat was broken, they did come out and fix it. Not a great area for a family to stay in. Burnt out lightbulbs, no smoke alarms, missing floorboards, I can go on and on. I would not rent this house! We ended up leaving early and they would not refund us, only one day.

We decided to stay at the Lakeview Village since we were attending a Tournament that was 8 mins away. The location was perfect, the state of the rental was ok. The house needs a little TLC (windows extremely dirty, lanai needs some cleaning, kitchen). We had everything we needed for our short stay but would have expected the place to be a little bit more clean.

Great for our needs

Had a family member critical at Brandon hospital. Mother, sister and I had to fly from NC immediately and find a place to stay. Older house but so clean and roomy. My mom loved the screened porch. Keyless entry so didn’t have to worry about who has a key as we were back and forth from house to hospital. We were able to cook something vs. eating out. I would suggest more plates and some cups. and kitchen towels. Furniture and beds very comfortable. Toiletries and hair dryer provided. The location was perfect. Residential area but a 5 minute drive from any store you needed. This was more room and less expensive than a hotel. Having our own space in a family emergency eased our anxiety. Washer and dryer were top notch. Loved having a driveway to park rental car instead of fighting for a parking space. Thank you for having us. I hope we don’t need it again but if we ever do, we would definitely stay again.

Very Nice

The house was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. I'd stay there again. The only disappointment was a washer and dryer were shown in the photos. We thought this would be very convenient and there was no mention of them in the house rules on the website when I booked. However, when we arrived at the house, the house rules left in a binder stated the washer and dryer were not available for use.

Pros: -Great location -Comfy beds -Ceiling fan in master and living room -Each bedroom has a walk in closet -Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided -Has a crib and it fits in the master closet!!! (It was so great I didn't have to bring a porta crib) -Responsive owner (he even had some necessities that the home was missing delivered to us after I contacted him) Cons: -Understocked kitchen (limited dishes and silverware, very few pots/pans, 1 dirty cookie sheet, no bakeware) -Only 3 "real" beds (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full - and then an air mattress) -Missing a few things I would hope for in a rental (bath mat in hall bath, beach towels, hand towels in the bathroom, hand soap, etc.) -NOT a fenced backyard as stated in listing, fence was blown down (only a bummer because I was hoping I could let my kids play back there)
