The Space:
Located in desirable South Tampa, this home has an inviting neighborhood feel while downtown and the airport are just 15 minutes away. The backyard is an absolute oasis with a refreshing salt-water pool (not heated) for hot Florida days, shaded seating, a grill, and outdoor dining space. When you’re ready for a change of scenery, Historic Hyde Park, known as a popular social scene with shopping and fine dining is 10 minutes away, and just across the bridge, St. Petersburg is within 25 minutes.

Inside, the home features a contemporary coastal design with calming colors, quality furnishings, and lots of natural light. The living space includes ample seating for lounging, visiting, or enjoying a movie on the smart tv. This area opens right to the kitchen where stainless-steel appliances, spacious counters, and barstool seating create a space for gathering around good food and yummy drinks. Formal meals can be hosted at the dinner table for 8, but on a cool Florida night, you can’t beat a poolside meal out in the fresh air.

This home sleeps 6 guests in 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and direct access to the backyard and pool.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 is furnished with 2 twin size beds which can be put together, and a desk area.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Parking is available in the covered car port and on the driveway.
- Washer and dryer onsite.
- Please note - there are two exterior cameras on property for security. A Ring doorbell and camera attached to the front exterior, facing the driveway. They are actively recording.

Lovely inside

Inside of house was just lovely and great set up. Backyard with pool was good but much more potential with an upgrade. Very quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors. Convenient to everything. Would stay again. Very responsive.

Nicely updated older home in older neighborhood. Very comfortable beds. Open floor plan for having family together. Communicating with the owner via a 3rd party company was often delayed. Otherwise recommend if you are looking to stay in the area.

Outstanding Home in South Tampa

This was an amazing property! It fit my family well and had everything we need for an awesome vacation. All beds were very comfortable, had plenty of towels, and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed to cook proper meals. This is the best Vrbo experience we have has thus far.

House and pool were SPACIOUS! It was everything & more for our stay. Pool was large enough to be refreshing in the summer heat; there were pool floats in outdoor building. Beds were all comfy. Master was huge & had its own door to pool. We loved sitting at the large dining table to eat & play cards. It was an all women trip & we felt very safe in neighborhood. Tampa Swim Meet

We choose the location of this Vrbo bc of proximity to the pool that our children’s out of town swim team was competing. It really blew our expectations away! What a thoughtfully planned property with the open design along with the bedrooms/bathrooms. It was a pleasure for our family to stay here to cool down and relax between morning and evening sessions for our swim competition. Would definitely stay again!
